In what appears like a big mess up and double face move, seen by many Igbo Leaders as contradictory, shameful , the self acclaimed King , “HRM” ,”Igwe” Henry Chukwuemeka Ugwunta of Agbaja Umumba Ndiuno Community in Ezeagu local government Area,Enugu State ,has shoot himself on the legs ,after he   retracted his bogus claims to royalty in a suit he filed against leaders of his Community.

The embattled Self acclaimed “Igwe”, had in what appears like a face saving Law suit against his Town Union ,delineated as Suit No. A/9/2026, affirmed recent News Planet International publication ,which reported  that Ugwunta is not the Igwe of Agbaja Umumba Ndiuno Community in Ezeagu Local Government Area of Enugu State .

Ugwunta , in the suit he filed before the Enugu State High  Court , challenged  his indefinite suspension by his Town Union, that banned him from contesting for the vacant Igweship  position.A suit that confirms that there is no Igwe in the Community yet.

Apparently “spitting out his saliva  and licking his spit back”, Ugwunta denied ever claiming to be the Igwe of Agbaja Umumba Ndiuno community.

In his statement to the court taken  under oath, which was  sighted by  News Planet International, Ugwunta told the court that he is ” Chief Henry Chukwuemeka Ugwunta” and expunged or exited his false  “HRM Igwe” Claims.

While Waging legal war against his Town Union, he joined  the former President General and General Secretary of the town union, Engineer Chidiebere Ugwuonye and Chief Hilary Udeh respectively and the present President General of the town, Emmanuel Onyebuchi as defendants .

Impeccable Sources from his Community , hinted our Correspondent that the battle line has been drawn , as his Town Union are poised to make Ugwunta face the wrath of his people and face the long arms of the law for his alleged crimes against his Kinsmen.

Below are some of the highlights in  Ugwunta’s  statement under Oath:
