OHANAEZE ELECTION : “Forward Ever ,Backward Never”, Says “Amuruonyenaego”, Eze Dr. Chukwudi Boniface Okparaku, As He Celebrates Oba Ojoto’s Victory

Respected Philanthropist, Prominent Wealthy Industrialist cum Igbo Traditional Leader and Custodian of Igbo Cultural heritage ,’Amuruonyenaego’ na Ihitenansa Community, ORSU LGA, Imo State, Eze Dr. Chukwudi Boniface Okparaku, has congratulated Chief Leonard Okafor, popularly called Oba Ojoto, over his recent Victory at the just concluded Ohanaeze Ndigbo presidential election in Lagos State .

The Manufacturer and business Mogul, who is the Chairman of Bonchudi Group of Companies in Nigeria and Kigali , celebrated Oba Ojoto ‘s  land slide victory and emergence as Ohanaeze  Ndigbo President and enjoin Ndigbo in Lagos State to move “Forward Ever and Backward Never”.

Speaking from his business trip base abroad, Amuruonyenaego , who is also  the Chairman of International Brothers  Movement ,IBM and fondly known as “Eze Chukwu Kwadoro Ndigbo” na Lagos  state , noted that, “the installation of Chief Leo Okafor, Oba Ojoto, as President of Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo Lagos State has been formalized”.

Insisting that ” No external influence will compromise Oba Ojoto’s position as Elected President”, Eze Okparaku , who is the Eze Ndigbo in Abaranje and Okerube, under Ikotun- Igando LCDA of Lagos State, stated thus :  “As someone who have had the privilege of witnessing  Oba Ojoto’s remarkable leadership abilities, I firmly believe that he is destined to lead Ndi Igbo in Lagos State, which is why I supported his candidacy”.

Explaining the need and noteworthiness to bring into Lagos Ohanaeze Ndigbo , influential People with visible means of livelihood , Amuruonyenaego , revealed that he took a decision sometimes ago and “dedicated time to engaging with the affairs of Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo Lagos State, where I observed some individuals lacking substantial means of livelihood”.

Announcing that ,” The time has come to revamp Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo in Lagos State by incorporating influential individuals, Eze Okparaku said that ,”It is crucial that individuals without verifiable means of livelihood are prevented from hijacking Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo Lagos”. 

Warning against the hitherto shenanigans happening in Ohanaeze Ndigbo, he said thus , ” Let it be clear that no individual or group should attempt to undermine Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo Lagos State. Chief Oba Ojoto is the democratically elected President and the choice of Ndi Igbo in Lagos State”. 

Eze Chukwu Kwadoro Ndigbo na Lagos State , while further felicitating and commending the new President, also said , “I offer my warmest congratulations to Chief Leo Okafor ,Oba Ojoto on his well-deserved victory and emergence as the new President of Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo in Lagos State”. 

He prayed and gave Oba Ojoto his traditional Royal blessings and said ,”May your tenure be blessed by the Supreme Being. Congratulations, Nwannem”.
