“I Remain Igbo Speaking Community President General “– Says Chief Sunday Udeh, Urge Members, Public To Disregard Faceless Stakeholders Sham Impeachment

The Elected President General , PG of the Igbo Speaking Community in Lagos State , Chief Dr.Sunday Udeh, has debunked the viral fake impeachment News circulating online in the social media, which purportedly claimed that he has been removed from office.

Chief  Udeh, who Derided proponents of the Sham Impeachment , Warned Of its Legal Consequences , noting that the false public pronouncement was contempt of a competent Court Consent Judgement .

while narrating how some imposters and faceless political Jobbers ganged up in a beer parlour at surulere to make baseless public pronouncement aimed at creating confusion in the Igbo Speaking Community, Chief Udeh said he  was away to the South East on traditional assignment in Okija ,Anambra State he heard that unknown “Bandit Stakeholders cum political Jobbers falsely claimed that he has been removed and replaced by one Chukwudi Gift Chinye, who is not even a known card carrying member of our Association. “

Chief Udeh, who waved off his purported removal from office as nonentity, reiterated that the mischief was orchestrated at a beer Parlour through  what he called baseless gathering by imposters, faceless bandit Stakeholders and political Jobbers .

He therefore called on all his teaming supporters, admirers , followers , particularly  genuine Members of the Igbo Speaking Community, to disregard his purported removal and concocted dissolution of his administrations Executive Council by some shameless mischief makers , anarchists and political Jobbers, whose stock in trade is to brew crisis in all Igbo Associations.

Warning the faceless “Stakeholders” of criminal desecration of the law and liability ,as well as being in contempt of a Court Consent Judgement between him and Chief Sunday Eze , Udeh vowed that the law must definitely catch up with them.

In a Public disclaimer despatched to News Planet International, Chief Udeh queried the unknown “Stakeholders ” and challenged them to identify themselves , their positions in the BOT , LGA Chairmen .

He further Challenged them to indicate the source of their powers in the Igbo Speaking Community Constitution  to remove him in a beer parlour and  impose a none member as New President.

According to the Public Disclaimer, it reads :

It has come to my attention that a group of *jobbers, invaders, and political rebels* gathered in a beer parlour and declared that they have “impeached” me. They went further to impose *Mr. Chukwudi Gift Chinye* as “interim President” and reeled out lies and baseless allegations.

I will not dignify their madness with long grammar. I will set the records straight once.

 *1. THE MATTER IS IN COURT. THEY ARE IN CONTEMPT*  

*I am serving under a contentious judgment.*  

*That matter is between two people. No third party.*  

Let every Igbo man and woman hear this: *Whosoever feels offended has only one option – right of appeal or vacation. Anything short of that is contempt of court.*  

What these *invaders* did today is criminal. They have chosen to desecrate the law. The law will catch up with them.

*2. WHO SENT THEM? WHO ARE THEY?*  

*Who are these so-called “STAKEHOLDERS”?*  

Name them. Are they board members? Are they LGA Chairmen? Are they even registered members?  

*Show us one article in Igbo Speaking Community Constitution that gives beer-parlour rebels the power to impeach a sitting President.*  

*Show us one line that gives them power to impose an outsider and non-member as President.*  

They have none. Because they are *trespassers*. They are *political bandits* who want to hijack what they did not build.

 *3. ON MY LEADERSHIP*  

*Every decision I took was within the confines of Igbo Speaking Community Constitution.*  

If you are not happy,  Go to BOT. Go to Court.  

Do not bring anarchy to our house.

 *4. DIRECTIVE TO ALL MEMBERS*  

I hereby direct all LGA Chairmen, Women Leaders, Youth Leaders and all genuine members to *DISREGARD AND BOYCOTT* these *invaders and rebels*.  

*They are not Igbo Speaking Community. They are enemies within.*  

Do not attend their meetings. Do not recognize *Mr. Chukwudi Gift Chinye* or any of his impostors. Anyone who does so does it at his own risk.

I remain the *duly elected and subsisting President* of Igbo Speaking Community, Lagos State.  

Our lawyers and security agencies have been duly notified.

Let it be on record: *Igbo Speaking Community will not be handed over to rebels and invaders.*
