OUIPWF Delves Into Real Estate Business ,Partners AFF Mega Wealth World,Gets 1000 Plots Allocation For Sale

In it’s avowed determination to help the less Privileged members of the society and empower women in Nigeria,especially Igbo Women, Odimma Umuada Igbo Prestigious Women Foundation, OUIPWF, has detoured into the Real Estate Business .

OUIPWF , which is an affiliate of Unique Diamond Women , is partnering AFF LandPort Global Estates XC Ltd, Mega Wealth World.

A peep into the engagement correspondence addressed to Evangelist, Professor, Icon Ambassador, Chief Legend CJ Osim( Okemmuo) , indicated the global PR Consultant of AFF , Hon.Dr. Tony Ibekwe , facilitated the partnership before the Memorandum of Understanding and all necessary Partnership agreements was signed and sealed.

Our Correspondent gathered that OUIPWF did not only purchased two plots of land from AFF ,Mega Wealth World estate in Anambra State for its own use , it has through the partnership agreement received 1000 plots of land allotted to it for sale to Ndigbo at home and in diaspora .

News Planet International reports that OUIPWF investment into Landed property acquisition and Real Estate Sector of the economy ,steamed from its desire to fulfil it’s Women empowerment vision , aimed at placing Igbo Women in a better and vantage position , to compete globally as a force to reckon with in the business and Real Estate World.

According to some stakeholders in the Real Estate Sub Sector, who appraised and admired OUIPWF latest property investment foresight ,”The success of this real estate investment will create financially independent women and snowball into achieving women empowerment campaign ,which is the guiding vision of its Founder, Chief Mrs.Violet Uchenna Obiora , also known as Onaedo”.

It will be recalled that Chief Mrs. Obiora , has over the years as Ohanaeze Ndigbo Women Leader, created a niche for herself as an ardent but passionate believer in the mantras that when you empower a woman, you build a nation.

Little wonder that the vision and mission statement of the Foundation revolves on women and Youth empowerment ,dedication to the welfare, economic emancipation of women, youths, families and communities .

In an interview with Our Correspondent , Chief Mrs. Onaedo , who was enthusiastic on the prospect of the partnership , especially on expected positive impact on women empowerment , noted that OUIPWF second attraction to the project, was the think Home Philosophy Mantra, which is “Akuluo-ulo”.

She further opined that the speedy development of Igbo land , especially in the face of xenophobic acts against Ndigbo in diaspora, depends on massive investment in South East .

Mrs Obiora , therefore called on all Igbo men and Women ,home and abroad, to urgently key into the project for their self realization and purchase of safe durable landed property from OUIPWF, for rapid investments in Igbo land.
