Igbo Speaking Community PG , Chief Sunday Udeh,Wields Constitutional Powers, Disrobes Self Styled BOT Chairman ,Dr. Jonathan Nnaji, Says “His Illusionary Query Was A Nullity “

In his avowed Determination to stop further abuse and derailment of his Community ‘s Constitutional provisions ,  the President General, PG, Igbo Speaking Community , Chief Dr. Sunday Udeh, has activated , wielded the strong constitutional rod and disrobed Dr. Jonathan Nnaji , describing him as self appointed Board of Trustees , BOT Chairman.

According to him, the unconstitutional activities of Dr. Nnaji, Chief Udeh opined ,have brought the Igbo Speaking Community and in general, the Igbo Nation, to public odium and ridicule before other ethnic nationalities. 

While dismissing a purported query from Nnaji, dated May 25 ,2026 , Chief Udeh unambiguously Declared that Dr. Nnaji lacks the authority and constitutional powers to query the Community President General, adding that a servernt can’t be greater than his master.

Literally describing Nnaji as an imposter and  a Usurper, Udeh stated that the decade long period that Nnaji flaunted himself as BOT Chairman, was unlawful and nullity before their constitution.

In what some of their Community’s Stakeholders described as their “PG’s “caveat emptor”, Chief Udeh,declared Nnaji ,a “persona non grata “, warning the public to disregard Nnaji’s falsehoods ,Impersonation and Unconstitutional self Styled BOT Chairmanship office Claims.

Frowning at the unapproved Ezeship certificates emanating and said to have been issued by the alleged Nnaji’s unconstitutional BOT Chairmanship office, Udeh described the purported Ezeship and Chiefs Certificates,as worthless and a mere tissue papers without his seal.

Chief Udeh therefore alerted those group of acclaimed Ndieze that Nnaji allegedly issued  with Ezeship certificates ,to cease forthwith from Impersonating Igbo Speaking Community Ezeship titles , warning that further act of parading themselves as Ezes and Chiefs with  such fake Certificates, would fetch them some legal and criminal consequences.

In his  response letter to Nnaji’s June 25,2026 purported query to the Community’s President General, dated July 3, 2026, Chief Udeh, who disregarded Nnaji’s acclaimed BOT Chairmanship office,wrote to the Secretary , Prince Obi Nwadigo of the Incorporated Board of Trustees.

He informed him that following his sworn oath of office ,he had adhered to the tenets of the groups constitution since assumption of office in September 2025 and careless whose Ox is gored.

Reminding the BOT of a legal maxim that “he who goes to equity must go with clean hands”, Udeh, lampooned Nnaji for being in breech of the constitution for 10 years and disregarded the provisions of the Constitution under article 16(a-j), sub article (a),by operating the BOT without the constitutional 20 Membership requirement, which must include the President General as the presiding and chairman of the board.

Spelling out the duties assigned to him as the PG under Articles 8 (1),8(2), 8(2a/16) and Sub Article (a1), of their constitution,Udeh informed Nnaji that without him presiding and without his delegation,all Nnaji’s BOT meetings, gatherings, acts and actions as self appointed BOT, were illegal, null and void , to the extent of its inconsistency.

Further chiding Nnaji’s unlawful claims and actions as a self appointed BOT Chairman ,as well as his affronts to his powers and inalienable  authority as PG, Udeh threw Nnaji’s unconstitutional query into waste bin, adding that “it lacked merit, invalid , without jurisdiction and incurably incompetent”.

Quoting section 837 of the  Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020, Chief Udeh, who advised Nnaji to stop living under the illusion that the BOT is master of her own , affirmed that the BOT is under his authority as President General.

Mocking Nnaji’s purported query, Udeh, therefore likened Nnaji’s unconstitutional BOT query ,to an employee demanding his employer to present his account of stewardship.

He therefore enjoined genuine members of the Community,to unite and contribute positively, so as to reinvent the Igbo Speaking Community in Lagos State.
