Chief Aguene Bomb Nnaji, Says “Illiterates Paid Your Canadian Eye Surgery , Empowered You With  Bag Of Rice And N20,000 , As “Professor ” Living Under Ijesha High Tension Wire “

Top Igbo Leader in diaspora ,Chief Solomon Aguene, has taken a swipe on embattled Igbo Speaking Community  Board of Trustees Chairman ,Dr. Jonathan Nnaji , mocking him as “The Most Educated Igbo Man Without Common Sense “

This is coming on the heels of recent public outburst, published in an online Newspaper, (Names Withheld) , where Nnaji labeled the Igbo leader  as an illiterate.

 Rising in Defence of all other Igbo leaders Nnaji had allegedly  insulted and called Illiterates, Chief  Aguene  derided Nnaji over what he described as, “his bogus claims of being the custodian of Igbo Speaking Community and sole franchise owner who is  recklessly desecrating Igbo Culture and Crowning Eze Ndigbo in almost every street and corners of Lagos State”.

Describing Nnaji as most Educated “Professor” specializing in Crowning Eze Ndigbo in Lagos, Aguene vowed to jail Nnaji for 5 years , if he crowns any Eze Ndigbo in Lagos State henceforth without proper approvals.

Speaking from his Ikoyi office in Lagos , Chief Aguene in a mock gesture, stating that  “Ohanaeze Ndigbo has concluded plans to revamp Dr . Nnaji, by contributing money toward buying him a new car to change his burnt 1999 rickety and archaic Land Cruiser “, which  he mocked him saying , “is unbefitting for the most Educated Igbo Man in the world, who is also  occupying a miserable half room office at National Stadium and living under Ijesha High Tension Wire, despite the money he is extorting through his BOT Chairmanship office and unrestrained crowning of numerous Eze Ndigbo in lagos”.

Responding to Nnaji’s insults and his statement stating that he does not need to join issues with an illiterate, Aguene, reminded Nnaji that it was Illiterates that recommended and Co – sponsored his recent eye surgery in Canada.

He Said : ” Nnaji , everyone knows that it is your stock in trade to label all Igbo Leaders as illiterates. Iam not the first person, because you have also labelled other leaders  illiterates,  Leaders like Chief Sunday Udeh, Chief Sunday Eze, Eze Ebere Ubani, Eze Chika Nwokedi , Chief Anselem Njoku, Barrister Fabian Onwuhalu and even all the Ezes you collected money and goats to crown , despite that they all have achieved great things for Ndigbo more than you”.

While shaming Nnaji, Chief Aguene  announced the successful hosting of the exclusive  March 17, 2026, Ndieze’s and leaders stakeholders meeting held at Ohanaeze Ndigbo Secretariat ,which he said Nnaji tried in vain to stop.

 He also mocked the BOT Chairman , stating “that all the invited and expected Igbo Speaking Community Eze’s,Ohanaeze Eze’s and other leaders ,including heads of Ndieze recognized by Lagos State government , Secretary to Ndieze , heads of all the Ndieze Councils, such as , Eze Chika Nwokedi,Eze Lawrence Eze, Chief Sunday Udeh,Chief Sunday Ossai and many more leaders were in attendance”.

Reminding Nnaji that Ndigbo are calling on him to render  account of his over 20 years stewardship as BOT Chairman in Igbo Speaking Community, Aguene expressed deep disappointment that despite what he called “obvious collection of money through  extortions and commercializing of  Diaspora Eze Ndigbo title, Nnaji, could not achieve any visible positive thing for the Igbo Speaking Community or impacted the lives of those Ezes he crowned ,even during their Ofalas , just as he could not better his life by at least changing his two faded shirts ,pair of trousers and rickety car, that he has been known with for a very long time “.

Vowing to expose and stop all his intimidation strategy, with which he has been hoodwinking Igbo Speaking Community Members and leaders for years now, Aguene , promised to bring Nnaji down, warning that the BOT Chairman cannot mesmerize him with his stomach infrastructure shenanigans, the way and manners he has treated  leaders like Chief Sunday Udeh, Chief Sunday Eze , Eze Chika Nwokedi and others.

He also faulted Nnaji’s allegation that the ongoing peace initiatives meetings are plots for  2027 National Elections ,saying , “how can I be plotting for 2027, when Iam officially exiting from office by April 2026?, am I going to be working as deputy or vice or what in 2027?. That shows how senseless the most Educated , foremost professor of Africa  thinks”.

Further Speaking during the interview, Chief Aguene, who is fondly called “Udochia” , told Nnaji that he has performed creditably well as an Igbo leader, and achieved better things for Ndigbo with evidence more  than Nnaji.

Humorously speaking , Chief Aguene reminded Dr.Nnaji how he several times sneaked and crawled  to Ohanaeze Secretariat at 19, James Robertson Street , Surulere, lagos , to collect N20,000 and bag of rice palliative from same  Solomon Aguene he called  an illiterate.

He said : ” Nnaji, if I had wanted to join issues with you long ago, I would have visited you at your high tension wire residence along Ijesha road.However,  to stop your 20 years lies which  you  imported into  Igbo traditions and culture, From today,I that you called an illiterate, is now ready to join issues with you as the “most Educated Professor of Africa” ,and I will bath you inside that Education you brought to West Africa, just like you taught late Professor Ben Nwabueze and your father taught late Akanu Ibiam,thereby making you the award recipient as the most Educated person in Africa”.

Explaining , he said , “This is the same way Nnaji claimed  to have none existing taekwando offices in Egypt ,USA, Australia, Canada  and the whole world ,with his one room international headquarters at National Stadium.”

He accused Nnaji thus : ” You brought crisis to Ndigbo. Are you not ashamed that despite having been in Ohanaeze imeobi and Lagos politics before me as you claimed, you have nothing to show for those wasted years.I have provided Ohanaeze Ndigbo office in Surulere and I have my private office in Ikoyi and as a successful Art curator, exhibitor and  Art gallery owner , I have traveled round the globe,and exhibited in Toronto , Canada in April, 1995 “

According to Chief Aguene , “Nnaji , the most Educated person in Africa , has a franchise in Crowning Eze’s in Lagos, which he has made his permanent business and that is why he is preparing for 2027 National Election for his usual stomach infrastructure “.
