Anambra State Indigenes In Lagos,  Fetes Members, Seeks Collaboration In Fight Against Disunity ,Poverty. Watch Videos below.

Leadership of the Anambra State Indigenes Association resident in Lagos, yesterday, November 16, 2025 , lavishly hosted their Members to a sumptuous and grand end of the year party and birthday bash in Ikeja.

The Association in the spirit of brotherhood and progress, expressed its desire in seeking the Collaboration of other non participating Anambra State Indigenes resident in Lagos,in the areas of actively showing a sense of belonging to Associations and organizations that promotes common welfare of Anambra People.

News Planet International reports, that it was indeed a wake up call for all Anambra State Indigenes resident in Lagos State, as some of their resourceful and  notable leaders, Sons and Daughters, enjoined them to create family bond and solid amity with fellow “Anambrararians ” by actively participating in Associations that seeks to uplift the needy and better indigenous welfare.

To prove their mettle and  match their words with actions, Founder of the Association , Prince Andy Moore Ezejioha , kick Started the donation process for Accident victims and financial incapacitated Anambra State Indigenes ,who lost their goods to recent fire disaster at Oko-Baba area of  Ebute metta, lagos, by calling on his group to raise certain amount to assist their needy members.

Prince Ezejioha ,also known as Onowu Apiti, revealed that the Association, which is strictly for Anambra Indigenes by birth and by Marriage, has been empowering needy members in different ways since inception five years ago.

Supporting the Oko -baba fire victims, Chairman of Ndieze Ndigbo from Anambra State and Eze Ndigbo in Onigbongbo,  Eze Amb.Dr.Tony Greg Anosike, promised a ten Kg bag of rice to the each three victims present at the occasion.

Speaking, the Chief Host, who Bank rolled and sponsored the hosting of the event, High Chief Raphael Eze Okoli, aka ,Ide Anambra State,expressed confidence on the future of the Association.

The event which commenced at 2pm, was held at Adadioramma Nnewi House, located at 22, Sule Abuka Crescent ,Ikeja, Lagos, owned by Chief Nonye Elizabeth Mojekwu.

Speaking,High Chief  Barrister  Edwin Okwuchukwu Udoagwa , enjoined Anambra State Indigenes in Lagos to be united,invest at home and to always be at the top of their callings .

Contributing , the groups Vice President and President General of Igbo Ekunie Cultural Association, Lady Maryanne Okonkwo, harped on the need for every Anambra State Indigenes to identify with the Organization.

Lady Okonkwo ,also  confirmed that they have been helping the needy and vulnerable since inception.

Chief Chris Ekwilo , known as Anya ndi Igbo, while speaking, praised the objectives of the group and called on Anambra Indigenes in Lagos to embrace it.

Other contributors like Eze Ndigbo in Surulere, Eze Dr. Jossy Egwuatu, Eze ozioma ,Nna Ndi Anambra and Professor, Ambassador Oby Nwankwo , in unity, expressed their support to the organization .

In an atmosphere described by guests as very matured , solemn with friendly ambience environment , the group celebrated members whose birthday falls within July to December ,by cutting of cake and popping up of champaign.

Some of the guests, members and birthday celebrants present at the event ,were : Ifeyinwa  Orjiakor;Rita Igboanugo; Lovelyn Ezenwa and Pauline Chinasa Okonkwo  ,amongst others.

Food and drinks were not in short supply as guests and members had enough to drink and eat, even as some packaged  food home.
